3. User Obligations
As a Service User, You Agree To:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Treat household staff with dignity, respect, and fairness
- Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Report any issues or concerns promptly to Namma Sathi
- Not misuse the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
For Staff Members:
- Maintain professional conduct and service standards
- Provide accurate background and credential information
- Honor commitments and service agreements
- Report any safety concerns immediately
4. Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Payments & Service Fees

These Terms and Policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
